Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropLens Prism (the "Service"), operated by SOL Global Strategies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("SOL", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the service

Prism produces algorithmic, statistical estimates and market summaries derived from public records and aggregated third-party data. Prism output — including any valuation range, comparable sales, cap rate, or market metric — is informational only. It is not a formal appraisal, not a broker price opinion (BPO), not a loan underwriting decision, and not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Estimates are inherently uncertain and may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for any decision you make, and you should obtain independent professional advice before acting.

2. Accounts and free-tier quota

Some features require an account, created via a one-time email "magic link" (no password). You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. The Service offers a limited number of free lookups per calendar month per feature; completing your profile (including an optional phone number) may unlock additional monthly lookups. Quotas, limits, and bonuses are provided at our discretion and may change. Codes, bonuses, and allowances have no cash value.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for your own lawful evaluation of individual properties. You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract data or output from the Service by any automated means;
• circumvent, disable, or exceed quota limits, rate limits, or access controls (including by creating multiple accounts);
• resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or create a derivative database from the Service's data or output;
• reverse engineer the Service or attempt to derive the underlying models or data sources; or
• use the Service to build a competing product, or in any way that infringes rights or violates law.

4. Third-party data sources

Prism relies on public records and aggregated data supplied by third parties (for example, public county and census sources and licensed market-data providers). We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of any such data, and third-party data is subject to the providers' own terms. Data may be incomplete for some properties or areas.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and output presentation are owned by SOL or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal, non-commercial-resale evaluation purposes.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR ITS OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (where SOL Global Strategies LLC is organized), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, to whose jurisdiction you consent.

This choice of Delaware law does not take away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have because of where you live, and it does not override privacy or data-protection laws that apply based on your place of residence. For example, if you are a California resident, California's privacy laws (including the CCPA/CPRA) continue to apply to how we handle your personal information, regardless of the governing law stated here. Nothing in these Terms waives any right that cannot be waived under the law of your home jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
